Orders placed before 12:00h (Central European Time UTC+1) will be delivered within 24 working hours in Spain and from 2 to 8 working days depending on the country of destination.
Shipping costs vary depending on the country of destination and the volume and weight of the order. This surcharge will be reflected in your shopping cart and will be added to the total of your ticket.
Orders over 200€ will benefit from free shipping. Please note that gift cards are not included in the calculation of this 200€ threshold.

The return shipping costs shall be borne by the customer, unless the reason for the return is an error on our part or a defective product.
The shipping costs of the exchange product will also be the responsibility of the customer, unless the exchange is due to our error or a defective product.
