Refund policy

You have 14 calendar days to request an refund. The deadline expires 14 calendar days from the day the package is received.
Products must be in their original condition, unused and in their original packaging. We reserve the right to refuse returns or exchanges if the product does not meet our return conditions.

Delivery

We offer free delivery on orders over €200.

Delivery times and available shipping methods may vary depending on the destination and will be displayed during checkout.

Customs & Import Fees

Orders delivered outside the European Union may be subject to customs duties, import taxes or other fees imposed by the destination country.

These charges are not included in the product or shipping price and, where applicable, are the responsibility of the customer.

Returns

We want you to be completely happy with your purchase.

You may request a return within 30 calendar days from the day you, or a third party designated by you other than the carrier, receive your order.

This 30-day return period extends the statutory 14-day right of withdrawal applicable to consumers within the European Union.

To request a return, please contact us and provide your order number and the details of the products you wish to return.

Products must be returned in their original condition, without signs of use beyond what is reasonably necessary to check their nature, characteristics and fit, and with their original packaging and accessories where applicable.

We reserve the right to reduce the amount refunded if the product has suffered a loss in value as a result of handling beyond what is necessary to establish its nature, characteristics and functioning.

Exchanges

Need a different size, colour or prefer another model? No problem.

Your first exchange is completely free, subject to product availability and the conditions set out in this policy.

We will cover the shipping costs associated with your first exchange.

If the requested product is unavailable, you may choose another available product or request a refund in accordance with our return conditions.

Any subsequent exchange relating to the same order may be subject to shipping costs, which will be communicated before the exchange is processed.

Refunds

If you prefer a refund instead of an exchange, you may request a refund to the original payment method.

Unless the product is defective, incorrect, or we have expressly agreed otherwise, the direct cost of returning the product will be borne by the customer. Where we provide a prepaid return label or organise the return shipment, the corresponding return shipping cost may be deducted from the refund.

In the case of a valid statutory withdrawal, we will also reimburse the original standard delivery costs paid for the order, where applicable. If you selected a more expensive delivery method than our standard delivery option, any additional delivery cost will not be refunded.

Refunds will be made using the same payment method used for the original purchase, unless expressly agreed otherwise.

We will process the refund without undue delay and within the legally applicable period. We may withhold the refund until we have received the returned products or you have provided evidence that they have been sent back, whichever occurs first.

Defective or Incorrect Products

If you receive a defective, damaged or incorrect product, please contact us as soon as possible so that we can resolve the issue.

Where the product is defective or incorrect, we will bear the necessary return and replacement shipping costs, without prejudice to your statutory consumer rights and legal guarantee.

Handmade Products

Each bag is unique and hand-woven from recycled plastic by Mexican artisan communities.

Because of the handmade nature of our products, slight variations in colour, weave, finish or other details may occur compared with the photographs shown on our website. These variations are part of the artisanal character of each piece and are not necessarily considered defects.

Likewise, the measurements displayed on our website are approximate and minor variations may occur due to the handmade production process.

Nothing in this section limits your statutory rights where a product is defective or does not conform to the contract.
